Non-slip flooring for dogs What is +36 PTV?

The pendulum test value (PTV) also calculates slip-resistance. PTV is measured with a piece of equipment called a pendulum, and this equipment is used to simulate either a shoe or a bare foot on a surface. PawSafe domestic has a PTV TRL slip rating of 102 in dry areas and 48 in wet areas under the British Standard BS 7976 Pendulum Test, giving it the highest slip rating of any luxury vinyl plank on the market. 36+ = excellent slip-resistance. Although the two tests cannot be directly correlated, The PawSafe domestic range would be around the R11 rating. It is the safest luxury vinyl on the market.
